How we handle your information

Invman runs this portal to share confidential information with people considering an investment, and is responsible for the information it holds about you.

What we keep: your name, email address and company; the agreement you accepted, with the date and time, your IP address, your browser and a fingerprint of the text; which documents you opened or downloaded and when; and the questions you ask.

Why: to give you access, to keep a record of the confidentiality agreement, and to know what you have seen so we can follow up properly.

Who sees it: only Invman. It is not sold or shared, except where the law requires it.

How long: until two years after our investment round closes, unless you ask us to delete it sooner and we do not need to keep the agreement record.

Your rights: you may ask to see, correct or delete your information, or object to its use, by replying to the email that invited you. You may also complain to the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.
